Clear medium amber. Small, beige head, moderate-to-low retention.
Crusty and nutty rye with a bit of floral spice. Actual spices are used tastefully and the dominant theme is a bready, crusty, earthy character.
Soft, malty with brown bread and vibrant, not-overdone spice. Ample malt depth, attenuation and balance. Clean and tastefully-done.
