Bottle 500ml. [ As Midtfyns Imperial Stout 1423 Rum 2015 edition ].Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, dark malt, alcohol - rum - sweet alcohol, buzzy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, tobacco, chocolate, rum, sweet alcohol, wood. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160404]

Black with a big off-white head. Roasted aroma with licorice, rum and caramel. Sweet malty flavour with licorice and caramel. Plenty of rum, and a bit boozy.

Bottle@yesprs - Black pour with small off white head. Aroma and taste is roasted and sweet malty, some cocoa, caramel, some rum wooden infused nuance, vineous mouthfeel, sweet malty into the finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Pitch Black with a denne, lightly tanned head. Roasted aroma with peat, liqourice, caramel, chocolate, coffee, alcoholdense notes. Tobacco. Taste is bitter. Full body, oily texture. Finishes dry and roasted bitter with liqourice and peated notes. Nice.

50 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a dense and off white head. Aroma is dark malty, overripe fruity. Smooth fruity, toasted malty and breadish malty. Lingering fruity and dark malty finish.
