Cask (handpump) @ Salmon, 19 Butt Close Lane, Leicester, Leicestershire, England LE1 4QA. [ As Kendricks Webb Ellis ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160221]

Golden and smooth ale with a creamy head. Both malty and hoppy in character.

Cask at the Dolphin Inn, Derby. Straw with a white head; citrus aroma; clean citrus flavour with lots of tart and bitter hops behind it; long lasting bitter finish. Very drinkable.
