Die Optik zeigt sich gut eingetrübt, teilweise mit sichtbaren Trübstoffen und einem dunklem bernstein bis orange-ocker. Die feinporige cremefarbene bis gelbstichige Schaumkrone entwickelt sich rasch zu einem sehr grobporigen Gebilde, bleibt dabei aber flaumig stabil und überaus langlebig. In der Nase vernimmt man angenehme, kräftige, süßliche Zitrusaromatik mit leichter Exotik, sowie zarten grasigen und kräuterartigen Anklängen. Orange, Mandarine, süße Ananas und Maracuja übernehmen dabei das Hauptkommando. Der Antrunk kommt spritzig, aufschäumend, leicht malzig und selbstverständlich exotisch bis zitrusartig fruchtig. Am Gaumen schäumt dieses Pale Ale etwas zu kräftig auf, sodass man von der Wahrnehmung der Aromen etwas abgelenkt ist. Dieses Spektrum an Aromen ist aber überaus bunt und macht unglaublich Spaß. Es beginnt bei malzigen bis karamelligen Noten und schwenkt sofort zu den zu erwartenden Aromen von Maracuja, Orange, Mandarine und reifer Ananas. Hintergründig lassen sich zarte, grasige, krautige, wurzelgemüseartige Hopfenaromen wahrnehmen. Die herben Hopfennoten schlagen sich dabei natürlich sehr gut und bieten dem süßlich-fruchtigen Charakter sehr gut paroli. Das Mundgefühl und die Süffigkeit leiden leider unter der doch sehr hohen Rezenz - es ist aber dennoch eine Freude, dieses Bier zu trinken. Im Abgang verabschieden sich die fruchtigen und leicht malzigen Aromen sehr langsam. Erst nach längerer Zeit stellt sich eine anfangs grasig-krautige und später eine eher trockene Herbe ein. Fazit: Ein Pale Ale mit ganz kleinen Ecken und Kanten. Dennoch echt gut!

Bottled 330ml. -Unclear golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, whiff of oxidation in the nose. Sweetish malty, caramel, light grassy and ripe fruits with rather sweet finish.

From tap at Mel’s Craft Beer & Diner in Vienna 14.08.21. Clear golden straw colour. Dense and persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of American hops, variuous citrus, apricot and pale malt. A bit fizzy mouthfeel.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly pineyand citrusy, minimally zesty, fruity hoppy and minimally biscuity, pale malty aroma, minimally dusty, yeasty overtones, hints of lemon, lemon tea, a minimally waxy touch of lemon peel, some rhubarb, even a touch of lychee. Taste is minimally sweet, pale and slightly caramel malty, slightly piney and citrusy hoppy, hints of lemon, a minimally waxy touch of lemon peel, some rhubarb, a touch of lychee. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft, minimally foamy carbonation. Clean, balanced, a bit cautious - OK.

Bubbly. Aroma is light fruit, wheat malt and soft pine. Taste is almos the same with a fizzy tongue. Next one please!

Dorada algo nebulosa. Buena espuma. Aroma Lupulado no muy agradable. En boca resulta muy sabrosa, base acaramelada y contraste lupulado ahora más herbal y resinosa. Buena.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange golden, white head. Aroma: Malt, hop, citrus. Taste: Malty with a nice grassy hopbitterness, Hints of citrus fruit. Moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Ok.

On tap at Mel's Craft Beers, Vienna. Pale gold, white head. Malt, citrus, lemon, herbs, grass, pine. Decent.

Bottle. Murky orange/brownish color, with a medium white head. Aroma is fruity, grapefruit. Taste is still fruity but more bland, orange/grapefruit, some caramel. Medium to thin body, medium carbonation, not too bitter. Ok IPA but just another IPA.

Hazy golden pour with a fine head. Ok lacing. Pleasant hoppy aroma. Fine bitterness and a moderate sweetness. Decent lasting tail. Citric, malty, some marmalade and fruity flavor.
