Dark Soul emits an abundance of dark chocolate and coconut aromas with the Amburana radiating a beautiful cinnamon spice. The palate oozes chocolate, coffee and liquorice, with a decadent and luscious mouthfeel culminating in a gentle, smooth finish.

CBJ Bottleshare. Bottle thanks to Tips. Near clear dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy and slightly bitter chocolate syrup cum Tonka ripe fruits weirdness. A bit all over the place. That's polite.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Tipple for this one. An oily, woody, mouldy, waxy paint, brown sugars, harsh. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, watermellon, woody. Semi sweet, oily, waxy, brown sugars, little funky vinous funk, grape. Palate is semi sweet, oily, tangy, moderate carbonation. Ok but weird.

Tall bottle at home from Owlsome. Opaque black pour with dark brown edges and barely any head/carbonation. Aroma is rich dark chocolate and cinnamon. A bit like a xocoveza without the chili. Taste is similar, with more creaminess to round it out. Strong alcohol almost plays chili role, but cinnamon flavor from amburana I assume is not my favorite. Palate is rich and just on edge of chalky but not. Very good just not my preferred type.
