Bottle "2015", 12%. Slightly hazy amber with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, oak, wood, barrel and dark fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, sweet, oak, wood, barrel, dark fruit, warming and a little bitter.

Bottle at Gitta’s. Pours slight hazy dark amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toffee, yeast, champagne, malt, fruit and bread. Medium plus sweetness, with light bitterness. Toward being full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dried fruit, pale malt, oak, alcohol - cognac, sharp - buzzy alcohol, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, wood - oak, pale malt, dried fruit, alcohol - cognac. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic - cognac. [20160404]
