Bottle 50 cl. Comes a massive gusher. Around 1/3 is wasted before the beer rests. Pours a cloudy opaque deep golden with a small, white head. Odd, slightly spicy aroma. Medium body, flattish carbonation. A vague fruitiness with a vague Bretty note. Unpleasant strong phenols appear late. Something is seriously wrong here. 140619

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wet hay, leading to a bitter finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Clear golden colour with an amber tint. Thin white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, fruits, biscuits and a lightly toasted note. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus and grasses. Ok.
