Aroma: Malty and fruity sweet with yeast. Flavour: Very fruity sweet with notes of prunes and slight bitterness. Colour: Golden amber with a white head.

unclear yellow, smooth white head. looks like a wit. Wheaty and citrussy aroma with some distinct herbal belgian yeast. I kind of like this aroma.. Flavor is herbal bitter, wild yeasty and slightly wheaty. Too herbal bitter and too little herbal spicy and a little bit too sweet for my taste. not an elegant saison.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a lively, white head. Spicy, yeaty, enticing aroma. Medium body, a super dry fruitiness - Belle saison yeast? - again these slightly rubbery notes that spoiled the Rød Lager, but not as pronounced, thankfully. Dry and bitter finish. 310516

Bottle. Pours opaque pale honey with medium white head. Aroma is malt, honey, passion fruit and hints of cinnamon. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is light syrupy with medium carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of malt, passion fruit, cape gooseberry, lemonade and raspberry yogurt.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, oak, dry wood, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, citrus - fruity, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dry, oak bitter, spicy, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160323]
