[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Hazy gold with small white head. Mild hops, funky foeder, okay.

Mellow, pale light fruit. Has a bit of brett to it. Good balance. I was wondering what the name meant but it makes sense now.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a hazy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out rustic wild yeast, oak, and some rustic notes. Flavour is gently tart, with wild yeast, oak, and gentle tartness. Wild yeast, gentle tartness on the finish. Good stuff.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: rustic, some sweetness and malts. Taste: same. Overall: ok.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is complex sour malts. Flavor is complex sour malts with apple and vinegar. Great.

Nectarine. Light anchovy, fish oil or something. Hazy golden pour with good head and lacing. Some lime. Tart finish. Nice stuff. Tap at Snally.

Snallygaster 2022. Poured a fizzy yellow, with a tinge of orange hue to it. Small off-white, not quite wispy head. Aroma was nice woody barrel, tart malts. Light sweetness. Delicious. Nice and light, really tasty beer really enjoyable light funkiness to it from start to finish.
