Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma has a light acidity to it with some citrus and light yogurt notes. Medium cranberry character with hints of wheat and oak. Pours a light pink color with some orange hues and a medium large, moderately thick, slightly pink head that recedes steadily to the edges where a small film lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sharpness with some lemon notes and faint yogurt. Light wheat notes with a touch of sweetness. Light oak. Moderate cranberry. Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice cranberry berliner. The fruit notes are balanced and not overwhelming. Acidity is present but not overly sharp. Light oak and wheat notes.

On tap at The Trappist. It pours a pinkish, light salmon color with a small off white head. The aroma is mildly tart and lactic with some berry notes and hints of red wine. The flavor is really pleasant with a lot of berry tartness. High sour, but not bracing. The red wine and oak influence is there, but subtle. There’s a bit of a weird wheat thin-like malt character, but it’s very light. Puckering cranberry and acid finish. Not top flight, but I liked it.
