On tap at the brewery. Aroma has a nice grain note to it with a bit of bread. Some light floral esters with faint phenolics. Rather clean. Pours a slightly hazy, gold color with a bit of copper and a medium small, thick white had that slowly recedes to a thin film that lingers, thicker on the edges. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with some nice grain and white bread notes. Medium light floral esters with light stone fruit esters and a hint of pear and banana. Medium light phenolics. Medium light to medium bitterness. Dry finish. Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied with moderate carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice, clean blonde ale. Really nice grain notes with balanced, light esters and phenolics.

On draft at SARA. It pours a pale yellow gold. Decent clarity with a white head. The aroma has some subtle bread notes with some flowers and hints of tangerine. The flavor is fresh bread, nice creamy cooked grains and hints of grapefruit. Mild acidity and creaminess. It’s almost white wine-like in the finish, although not nearly as acidic. Mild floral bitterness. Very sessionable. A solid Kolsch.

Tap. Pours hazy golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is light grass, corn, bread. Flavor is quite light sweet, light bitter, Bready, hints of hay. Light body, clean and simple. I was honestly expecting a twist on the style, but this is a straight shooter
