On tap at Drakes. It pours a very dark ruby reddish brown color with almost no head. The aroma is dark fruity with plum, raisin and rich bready malt. The flavor is again, very malty with dense bread, medium to hight esters of complex fruity raisin, dates and fig. Good carbonation. Hints of roast in a reasonably dry finish. A good bock. A bit toasty in the finish.

Tap. Pours clear chestnut, small tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is roasty, earthy, light smoke. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, rich and roasty, nutty, a bit tannic, burned. Medium body, light acidity.
