Bottle 400ml. [ As Fénix ].Unclear matt light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spicy - coriander, wit bier yeast, bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, spicy, coriander, bubble gum, mint, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, wheat malt, coriander and hops.

Tap at Watering Hole. Beautiful glowing clearish neon straw color with a finger and a half of white foam. Lemony tart nose with lots of banana and grainy wheat. Crisp and refreshing on the palate. Super light body that has only a touch of sweetness. Really nice wit.
