Hop Harvest is to brewers what Christmas is to normal people. This year we have brewed a nice clean pale ale, and dry hopped it with 100 kilograms of wet Cascade hops, grown just 24 kilometers from the brewery. From field to fermenter in just 7 hours. Which explains the name: 24/7 Pale Ale. It most definitely doesn't mean we could drink this at any hour of the day... or does it?

Pale malty and fruity aroma and taste, some faint citrus and tropical fruity accents in play, sweetish pale malts, light bodied, bitter hoppy close.

0,33 l blikje. BB 07/25. Yellow golden in the glass, slightly cloudy, with a more than one finger white foamy head in the glass. Fresh bitter hop, pale grain and yeast on the nose. Taste starts c-fruity, increasing pale grain, honey and yeast. Soft bitterness. Below average carbonation. Nice one with a high drinkability.
