Getting the DDH treatment is Harmonia Mundi. We love a pairing of Sabro and Motueka at this abv level. Lime and coconut together as it should be for a delightfully full-bodied pale ale. Like a liquid palma violet, this floral yet fruity number provides something different to the usual fair.

440ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Poured a light hazy yellow golden colour with a huge lasting frothy white head. The aroma is zesty tropical citrus. Grapefruit pineapple. The flavour is moderate sweet, light sour, with a somewhat light, crisp, fresh, light mineral, juicy tart pineapple, lime, light coconut, light herbal, very light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to lively carbonation.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and delivers a good fine minerally crispness. Thinnish pale malts but sweet enough. Sabro immediately obvious with coconut dusted pineapple. Very nicely complemented by a light but bright Motueka lime, a mild floral note reminds me of Motueka of old. Light crisp finish. A bright and breezy pale ale that goes down very well. Not had too many Sabro beers of late and this is a nice reminder of what a corking hop this is.
