This super light beer is the perfect show-case for some of our go-to hop varieties. Starting with whole cone Citra and Simcoe Cryo in the whirlpool and ending with more Citra, Simcoe and some Columbus just because we love that dank edge it brings. Expect a lick of malt with plenty of hops!

[Cask at the Nags Head, Reading.] A bright, pale straw coloured pour with a tight white head; citrus aroma; a pithy grapefruit and lemon taste, clean and fresh tasting; then some bitter marmalade and a dry finish. Quite punchy, better than the average citrusy pale ale.

Cask at Greyfrisr, Reading. Aroma has stone fruit. Clear amber. Thin foamy white head. Flavourwise we have a resinous streak, balanced out be syrupy fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Fine if not overly interesting.
