Pours clear honey into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing spiders. Tart white grape and mild funk aromas. Crisp with sweet honey, peppercorn and lemon meringue upfront. Abrupt pepper finish.

330mL undated (Winter 2024) bottle drunk 1/3/25/
Clear, bright blonde-golden. Large, fairly-well-retained, white head.
Nose is very fruity, very malty with a smattering of mild spice from the yeast and no big clove, bubble gum or banana. Juicy yellow fruits abound, with rich honey, very light caramel accents and hints of vanilla. No alcohol or flaw noted.
Soft, very malty with a big, round, honey-like richness to the base malt. Sweet, but far from too sweet with spicy phenols helping dry it out. Tons of yellow fruit-like esters abound with no alcohol and light vanilla, clove and big pepper lingering.
