Bottle. Clear yellow, small smooth white head. Aroma of dough, wet hay, sour dough, citrussy herbal tea. smells like some bread based food gone wrong, gone sour. Interesting flavor. sweet/sour herbal note with a base of other more malty dough like apple like sweet/sour notes, very complex, in a way it tastes real good, but it borders my something's gone wrong alarm all the time. ah! spontaneously fermented hay.. that could easily explain some of the to me not very common flavor notes in there.. well, i'll give it a 7 flavor cause it is actually tasty, but some of the underlying notes disturb me a bit. Very complex and tasty for a non-alc beer. Plus points for creativity.

Bottled. A yellow beer with a thin white head. The aorma has notes of quince. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, and quince, leading to a tart finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours pale yellow, white head. Aroma is fruity, light citrusy. Sweet, apples to perry. Citrusy. Sweet finish.
