Bottle thanks to Gary and Mike. Appearance - almost clear and pale yellow. White head. Nose - sweet pear and ripe apple. Tangy and sweet at the same time. Taste - sweet pear and apple, very cloying and seems a bit synthetic overall. Palate - light bodied, tangy and sweet middle and finish. Overall - I couldn't tell this was a Wit base.

330 ml bottle. Pours dull dark amber with short fizzy head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of pears, dried citrus peels and wet toasted malts. Flavors of pears, dried apples, sugar and toasted malts. Fruity sweet and malty.
