These desperate times desperately called for an IPA to become part of our core series.
Thus, we responded by crafting a WEST COAST IPA our way, one that we wish plugs into the hype while still vibing with your taste buds.
Or as Nikos, our brewmaster, describes it:
A golden blonde IPA beer (9 EBC), of medium bitterness (36 IBU), 5.7% alc. vol., relatively unclouded, with a light body and an intense citrusy character, flavour and scent-wise. Unfiltered. Non pasteurised. Keep refrigerated.
Ingredients: water, malt, hops, yeast.
Malts: Pale Ale, Wheat.
Hops: Magnum, Simcoe, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE
Energy: 45 kcal/100ml
Colour: Golden blonde 9 EBC
Bitterness: 36 IBU

Op tap bij Funky Hops Naxos. Troebel modderwater-achtige verschijning, dunne kraag. Flink hoppig, gist, rommelig, theeblaadjes, iets fruitig, citrus, weet niet zo goed wat hiervan te maken, het is een beetje een zooitje maar niet per sé onsmakelijk. Lichte body.
