Pretty much opaque brown with a good pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry and has decent carbonation. Mellow dark malts, mild tang and a trace of dark chocolate. Wishy washy fruits and light floralness. Light dry finish. Clean but pretty dull. A mild really isn't the best showcase for a single hop and I'm none the wiser what Flyer hops bring to the party.

Cask at Gilbert’s, Buxton. Brown with a thick white head. Smooth, mildly malty, some fudge, some earth and a twist of plum in the finish. A bit grubby but quite drinkable.
