Fleur-de-lis Restoration Ale is made with English Pale, Lager, Crystal and Cara Pils malted barley. We liberally hopped and dry hopped our Ale with American Cascade and Centennial hops and fermented it with California Ale yeast. The result is a brilliant gold ale with a rich body, mild bitterness and a snappy fresh citrus hop flavor and aroma.

355ml bottle into glass. BIG malt whack on the nose. Hazy golden beer with solid white head. Flat watery mouthfeel. There’s a subdued hoppiness about, then a grainy bitter finish. A bit lame. Inconsequential.

12 oz. bottle. As Abita Restoration Pale Ale. Deep golden color with off-white head. Slight citrus aroma, paired with sweet caramel. Taste: mild citrus, caramel, and malt. Mildly sweet and mildly bitter. Light-bodied. The different flavors never quite seem to gel in a pleasing manner.

12 oz bottle at Louisiana Kitchen. Surprised I'd never rated. Hazy orange color. Light, malty aroma. Some fruitiness as well. Clean and very drinkable. Not overly sweet with a mild bitterness. Soft carbonation. Clean enough to go nice with the spice of the food.

Hazy, amber colored, moderate white creamy head, nice lacing. Aroma is sweet caramel, candy-fruity, orange and tropical fruit, hard candy. Taste is medium- sweet caramel malt, hard fruity candy, oranges. Low bitterness. Light bodied, thin, moderate carbonation. Meh, I guess it took a beating on route from the brewery to Croatia... 12 oz bottle poured. Listed as Abita Restoration Pale, 5.2%, like the collaboration beer was. Pours a cloudy copper color with a thick foam head. Bottle a couple weeks after is best by date. Sweet tropical orange fruit aroma. Creamy body. Flavor is really hoppy throughout, and tropical. Some tangerine. Tasty hop forward finish. Tasty pale. Good beer here.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - light biscuit and toffee. Some citrus. Taste - more of the same. Decent biscuit crunch. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a decent pale. Good malt structure.
