Bottle at the history of brewing event at Wycombe Museum. Interesting pale peachy-gold colour. Definitely dry, very dry in fact; almost crisp. Sharp eating apples come through with floral notes, a hint of ginger and- unfortunately- some plastic. Without the plastic this could have been a pleasant and unusual cider, but the plastic definitely takes it down a few notches.
