Klášter lager is a delicious harmonious beer with a fresh taste and a balance between full taste and bitterness. The beer is not pasteurised, i.e. heat-processed, so the taste is the same as in the brewery cellars in the rock.

clear golden colour, moderate sized, dense white head; aroma and taste is dominated by maltyness with a bit lower amount of hops than expected in case of a czeck pilsner; some buttery notes and disturbing cardboard can also be felt; average

Bottle 0,5l. Malty and hoppy aroma, some yeast, too. Deep golden color, medium carbonation. Flavor is smooth, malty sweet, moderately bitter, little yeasty sour. Medium bodied, well balanced. Good one.

Bottle at Far I Hatten, Malmö
Deep blond color with medium sized head. The aroma is slightly grassy, appreciated because delicate, elegant. It has a lean and elegant maltiness, with a light cereal accent, maybe some hay, and delicate grassy hops; it should be offered just a bit colder. The final is balanced, it gives the impression of chewy bread.
Nicely done.

Ein Bier, das in unserer Runde sehr gut ankam. Es es ein leicht gehopftes Helles mit einer ordentlichen süffigen Malzigkeit. Hier ist alles voll da und im Lot. Ein sehr gutes Bier.
