Bottled 500ml. -Golden coloured, medium sized white head, slight grainy nose. Caramellish malty, weak hoppy and buttery with some odd fruity/yeasty notes. Mild bitter finish.

0.5l bottle at the Beershop tent at the Rujanfest in Zagreb, shared with ogivlado (thanks!) Poured a golden body with a tiny white head that went away slowly. Grainy malty nose, sweet. Odd sweet malty taste, lactic, cloves, glues, bubblegum, light hop bitterness near the end. Whoa... really odd but kinda nice.

Bottle: Lively carbonation, bigger fluffy white head, golden coloured; light sweet pale-malty nose with a hoppy tinge, soft MF, mild sweet-bitter flavour; pale-malty and light hoppy finish. O.K., nothing wrong with it........

(Draught at Klasterni Pivnice, Prague, 22 July 2008) Golden yellow colour with huge, frothy, white head. Malty, clean nose with notes of grassy hops and grain. Malty, bready taste with toffee, grain and grassy hops in the finish. Fairly modest bitterness and balanced sweetness. Flawless but pretty mainstream Bohemian pilsener.

Golden yellow colour. Doesn’t smell like beer. Hop accented beer, slightly malty. Seems to be quite bitter, but in a very nice way.

Golden colour. Fluffy head. Vague hoppy aroma. Sweet-ish malty flavour with grassy hop bitterness showing up in the finish. A bit thin.

Bottled. Deep golden with rich head. Excellent saaz orangey/grassy hop aroma. Soft and sweet, gently malty with oily, butterscotchy, very bitter finish. Old school Czech beer with all the delight the oily butterscotch brings.
