Our rich, complex porter is infused with a variety of English chillies, and organic cacao nibs, giving a beautiful 'chilli-chocolate' flavour profile, with a surprising lightness to drink, and with just a hint of heat.

Bottle at the second 42nd Floor Tasting. Thanks to Dan. It pours cloudy dark brown with a thick tan head. The nose is candied peel, soft of soapy, earth, toast and spice. The taste is toasty, earth, spicy action, mostly pepper, touch of green veg and mild astringency. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not terribly well-integrated. Pretty so-so.

Bottle shared in London on the 42nd floor - many thanks to Daniel. Pours reddish-brown with a frothy off-white head. The aroma holds burnt grains , earth, berries. Light sweet flavor with grainy toast, very slight dried chili, earth, bland cocoa. Light bodied with average carbonation. Earthy bitter finish, more toasted grainy bread, dried berries, leather, slight chili spice. Perhaps a little bland overall, but not bad.
