Cask at the Cheltenham alehouse. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting lasting light white froth. Aroma is earthy grains. Straw, little floral citrus. Bitter lemon. Flavour is composed of hop oils. Lemon rind, firm bitterness.. Good cask condition.

Cask, handpump at The Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxfordshire, Wednesday 12th September 2012 Pours dark golden with a tidy clean white head. Fruity golden beer but a little shallow in mouth, there is a hoppiness of this there is no doubt and it is pleasant enough, but for me it is lacking a certain something. Good, but could do better (as my school report regularly informed me) A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
