440ml can purchased as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Pink and hazy with a small ring of white head. Jammy aroma, a little bit of sweet doughy pastry. Nice. Taste is sweet, more berry jam and a touch of vanilla, but it’s a little bit … not quite right. Not off, but the flavours don’t gel together as well as the best Vault City pastry sours. Short almost grassy finish. Light body with medium to heavy carbonation.

Can. Pours opaque pink. Strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, lightly tart, sweet. Nice full body. Pretty good.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Hazy red pour with a pink head. Strawberry jam & Victoria sponge cake aromas. Vanilla, strawberry & Victoria sponge cake taste. Jammy sweet, even 'cakey', lightly tart, quite dry. Nice.

Can at home. Pours hazy pink, smells just like the cake- sponge, cream and raspberry jam, taste is tart raspberry, zesty, creamy finish.
