Keg at the brewery taproom - Bermondsey. Pours clear gold, effervescent, with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, quite clean, mild funk, lemon peel, a little grass, hay bales. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Finishes with dry sourdough, wheat, low acidity, citrus peel, soft funk. Highly drinkable stuff.
