Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England [ As Birrificio Aurelio Pils ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, light peach - apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141202]

Cask at the pigs ear festival... Golden amber.. Thin white lacing.. Soft chemical floral nose.. Dry zezty.. Soft hay.. Not me

4 1% pils Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2014.hazy gold. Touch of lemon but a bit dirty. Not great.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Cloudy gold beer, residual white head. Palate is light and semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Light pale malts, touch of soap. Trace of floralness and a whisper of citrus. Light finish. Not terrible but cask lagers and pils are banana skins and this one has slipped as so many have before it.
