Serendipity is our whiskey barrel aged beer, aged in our cellar for over 100 days in whiskey and port barrels. Each brew number discovers new tasting profiles that is reflective of the style of beer used and blending done to each batch of beer. We hope you enjoy our Serendipity series as much as we have enjoyed exploring and pushing the boundaries of beer.

650 ml bottle. Pours a deep copper color with medium head that settles quickly. Aromas of lavender, old leather, and malts. Flavors are similar with a thin whiskey flavor and buttery oaked notes. Quite flat.

650mL bottle, pours a clear orange amber with a small white head. Aroma of light whiskey barrels, dry caramel and corn - smells like a highly adjuncted lager. Flavour is very bland, with no hint of the whiskey barrels, corn, and other adjuncts - what the hell is this. This is being sold as some sophisticated barrel aged amber, but tastes more like a pop lager. This is crap.
