Hazy and very pale yellow. Thin head. Touch of footy yeast. Footy, lightly wheaty....quite am wheat in character with the coriander is very subdued. Sweetish finish.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color with creamy head. I’m not going to get into wheat beers if they are done like this; American Wheat, not Belgian, with some wheat, paper, stale water, very mild spices; dry final.
Simple, but not bad.

On tap at Deep Cove Brewery, pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus notes, some banana and clove - more like a German hef on the nose. Flavour is like a hybrid of the two - with notes of banana, citrus, clove and wheat. Very light and refreshing, with a good balance of flavours. Decent wit.

On tap. Pours a clear straw color with light head. Aromas of coriander and light yeast. Flavours of coriander, white pepper and citrus. Snappy and refreshing when cold but not much substance.
