On tap with N2. Pours mahogany with beautiful full foamy head. Aromas of piney hops muted by the nitro. Flavors of dark marmalade, toast, pine and light resin. Bitter finish.

Nitro. Golden.amber. Not much aroma...I’m stunned. Sweetish Bass-like character with moderate bitterness. Ok brew but yeah, lose the nitro. It kills the mouthfeel, aroma and taste.

Nitro tap at the brewery
Dark amber to mahogany color with nitro head. Some aroma of malts and mash tun, light fresh and fruity hops. Obvious smooth mouthfeel; caramel flavor with delicate malt, cereals and biscuit accent, excellent; fairly strong but balanced bitterness with nutty final.
Not a proper ESB, but it’s a wonderful beer, if only there was no nitro...

On nitro tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy dark copper amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is subtle, with weak English hop and English malts, and a little bready malts. Flavour brings out bready, English malts, and slight hops. Very soft on the palate from the nitro pour. Just not the most exciting beer, as is no surprise from the ESB style. Decent.
