Draught at the brewery
Murky blond color with small head. Mild acidity, pedio, a lot of wheat bread and delicate fruitiness; in the final there is some of the gewürztraminer sweet and floral character. Refreshing tartness.
Soft interpretation, yet a lot of character. Very good. I’d like to see more variants with this grape, maybe a leads bready beer.

Very cloudy pale, no head, no a lot of aroma. Full sour character with a dash of vinous character. Mostly clean, lacto tartness, and good dash of fruitiness. I like this a lot more than the other grape must changeling I had.

473mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose brings lots of citrus zest and grape must. Flavour is very complex, with notes of grape fruity, pithy orange juice, and citrus zest. Not very tart, just quite pithy and citrusy. Exceedingly high drinkability -- could drink gallons of this. Another fantastic edition to the Changeling series.
