Bottle, 10%. Hazy amber/orange with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, lemon, fruits, funk, strawberries, notes of acetone, tart and lemon. Flavour is malt, lemon, fruit, fruit peel, lemon, notes of acetone, little sweet, little dry, funk, barnyard, more fruits and leather.

That’ll be me 20K then @ ChrisO’s. Many thanks to FoneJan. Lightly hazy gold beer, small bubbly white head. Light dry palate, fine carbonation. Generic fruits with a mild tart lemon backbone. Pinch of spice. Light semi dry finish. Fruity linger. Tasty but I was expecting more complexity.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ madmitch76 - 20K Tasting ] - chriso & Boudicca House, London. [ As Mikkeller FruitSalad ].Unclear medium yellow - amber orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, tart, fruity, grapes, wine, sweet strawberry. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to light light moderate acidic with a long duration, grapes, tart fruit, tropical fruit, juicy, pineapple, sweet strawberries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Quit odd but still nice ;D [20160115]

Nice slightly bubbly mediumlasting head, dirty orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, overripe mountain cranberries, minerals, grass, oak, unripe strawberries, sorrel, weeds, berry skin. Taste is sour-ish dry, oak, sorrel, sour strawberries, minerals, red currants, mild vinegar, overripe mountain cranberries, weeds, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, acidic dry mouthfeel. Nice.

BB 09/2025. amber cloudy color, small white head. smells sourish, green apples, some nuts, marzipan, some funk, some wood. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sourish, some fruits, green apples, marzipan, nuts, spices. finishes lightly sour with notes of green apples and marzipan. good stuff, refreshing.

Bottle from systembolaget shared in Vienna tasting. Cloudy orange with off white head. Fruity aroma with sour notes, light citrus, lightly tart. Taste is sour fruity, tart citrus, banana, light grapes and funk. Decent beer. Dangerously hidden alcohol. Refreshing.

Bottle at Vienna tasting February 2016. Many thanks! Clear deep orange colour. The individual ingredients are too many to pick out. It becomes a little bit too confusing. There is high sourness and also assertive brett character. Very good but not your regular downer.

Bottle shared at Kenny’s 20k tasting - London. Cheers to Jan for this beer! Pours unclear orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Tangy fruits in the nose, some melon, mild funk, oranges. Light to medium sweet flavour, with decent bretty funk, tart citrus fruits, light acidity. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Tart on the finish with further citric fruits, a healthy dose of funk, touches of grassy bitterness. Good stuff.
