Bottle shared at the Kenny 20K mega monster tasting. 15/01/2016. Many thanks to Jan for this one. Hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting small loose off white head. Aroma is musty horsey funk, Watermelon, tart peach. Decent fruit character,. Flavour is composed of tart and funky white peach, Watermelon, passion fruit, lambic, tangy wheat, slightly citric. Palate is sour, highish carbonation, tangy. Good and refreshing.

Bottle split at Madmitch76 20K tasting, thanks to Jan, 15/01/16. Lightly hazed orange with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is light funk, pissy citrics, tangerine, damp straw, light menthol, herbal tones. Taste comprises punchy mandarin, straw, tarte peach, funk, tarte citric edge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with rising acidity. Decent enough xour, masks the ABV well.

Bottle shared by Jan at Kenny’s mega 20K tasting. It pours slightly hazy golden - amber with a small white head. The nose is soft, sweet - sour, tangy fruit, fruit salad sweets, Piña colada vibe, sour candy, funk and must. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, fruit salad sweets, sherbet, sour fruits, tropical fruits, strawberry, sour watermelon, earth and dirty funk on the back-end with a tangy fruit finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Juicy, tangy and fruity, what’s not to like?

Bottle at Madmitch 20k tasting. Cloudy dark gold lasting white head. Odd aroma. Some sourness. A little bit of funk. I thought quite acidic but sweet fruity enough. Yes fine.

(750ml bottle kindly included as an extra from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours clear medium orange with a smallish white head fading to a ring. Aroma has lots of fresh banana and green apple, vinous white grape, tart berry notes, general feel of fruit salad, with a bunch of oak and a fairly strong acidic quality with a bit of cider vinegar. Slight hint of caramel sweetness underneath. Musty sort of Brett funk. Palate is surprisingly sweet at first with a malt core that supports the literal fruit salad flavours. Pear and apple up front with a bit of berry tartness, shifting to citrus acidity in the middle with orange juice. Banana most apparent on the finish. Acidity builds with a vinegar quality and a little lactic lemon juice towards the finish. Oak quite dominant in the finish and aftertaste. Funk is very restrained, a little hay and dry barnyard at the finish. Medium body with high effervescent carbonation. The banana in here, not even in an ester sense, really makes this beer seem unique. Otherwise it’s on the acetic acid side of fruity sours like most Spontans and hides the additional alcohol well, but maybe other fruits are a bit muddled together.

Bottle at Taproom Malmö. Hazy orange with a small head. Quite a lot of fruit in this one. Banana, wine gum, citrus, funk and some hay. Medium body and with a fairly tart finish. Tasty.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak woody sour berry aroma. Fruity sour tart berry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart woody berry finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, brett, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brett, and straw, leading to a tart finish.
