American power play double IPA 8% pint at Imazato. A pine and apricot nose with bready caramel malt notes in the aroma. Medium bodied with a zesty mouthfeel. The taste is well balanced pine, fruits & bready caramel fudge. A solid double IPA where the ABV is imperceptible.

Who says Seattle isn’t a hockey town - they have more hockey-themed beers here than any brewery in Vancouver. Hazy amber. Thin head. Big hop nose, a bit indistinct, and some equally indistinct chewy malts. Rich, a bit boozy, a lot of malts, leaning towards chewiness. Moderate apparent bitterness underneath of all this. Ok for style.

On cask at Washington Brewers Cask Festival, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry and sort of stale, with bready malt and stale hops. Flavour brings out lots of bittering hops without much actually flavour, with a dry bready malt backing. Quite a stale astringent beer. This doesn't seem quite right. Bad.
