Draught at the brewery
Amber color, hazy. The aroma is moderately fruity, the flavor has nice biscuity malts; very dry, feeling increased by the strong bitterness. I find the bitterness in the final to be almost excessive. Balanced, clean. Nice.

Amber, frothy head. Big fresh nose, bitter, lots of hop but the malt has a slight chewiness and vague biscuity character. Bit of burnt butterscotch. A miss - I couldn’t session this.

On tap at Doan's, pours a hazy dull golden / copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of piney hops and crackery malt, with some metallic, seltzery notes. Flavour is well-balanced, bringing out loads of piney hops, crackery malt and those metallic notes characteristic of the style, but not as harsh as some. Well-constructed and pretty clean. Good stuff.
