Black color with thick and persistent brown head. Delicate bourbon aroma. The mouthfeel is very smooth, not completely flat; it has a good blend of roasted malts and dark chocolate, and the bourbon adds a nice balanced note; almost sweet in the final, but also with mild astringency.
Nice.

On tap at Callister, pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out tons of bourbon upfront, with a touch of roast and cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with vanilla and bourbon upfront, followed by a little cocoa. For a porter that they dumped bourbon into, this works very well. Enjoyable.
