Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustav Malmö. En riktigt fruktig APA med en fin funkig twist. Tropisk frukt, citrus, lite stall/funk, trä, jord, lätt vetesyrlig. Riktigt gott.

Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy deep yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some thick sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity, slightly funky and tiny spicy phenolic with crackers, grapefruit juice, pineapple, star fruit, unripe pears, freshly cut grass, pine needles, white pepper corns, lemon zest and hints of barnyard. Taste is slightly bitter, fruity and spicy phenolic. Mouthfeel is dry, slightly astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, freshly cut grass, pine needles, dry soil, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Pleasant Belgian APA. Possibly a bit harsh with the bitterness, dryness and spicy phenols combined.
