On tap at Gaststätte Zum Oberen Krieger, Landau an der Isar, Friday 27th January 2023. Pours hazy gold, very soft mouthfeel, almost a little creamy. Light vanilla and banana a little spicy bite, v.good.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Cloudy deep golden, rich creamy head. Distinct phenolic banana with some bandaid. Sweet and soft with medium body. Cushiony wheat bun dough. Banana and notes of cardamom. Low bitterness.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Krieger Weißbier ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banan, light clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banan yeast, weizen yeast, clove notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160126]

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, bananig, kaum würzig. Geschmack phenolisch fruchtig, bananig, hefig, kaum würzig, durchschnittlich.

Hell bananiger Antrunk, sehr leichte Bitterkeit. Geringe Würzigkeit, die Bananigkeit nimmt ab, kaum hefig. Eher wässriges und somit kurzes Ende. 11/9/9/6/8/8

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with huge, thick, frothy, long lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty and minimally fruity aroma, hints of apple, a spicy touch of yeast, hints of clove. Taste is neutral wheaty, minimally fruity, hints of apple purée, subtle sweetness, a spicy yeasty touch.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Sour-fruity aroma of citrus and light-banana with a present wheat-character and a touch of cloves. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with rounded fruity notes and soft clovy spice; mildly sour and fruity finish. bottle, mit Dank an pivnizub! Hazy pale yellow, large white head. Citrusy-yeasty nose. Pleasantly malty and wheaty with a nice yeasty character. Slightly fruity, a nice old-style Hefeweizen.
