Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a murky hazed copper body that supports a light tan head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up citrus hops, a crystal malt note married up with woody sensation. The taste delivers similar notes hoppy, bitter and some citrus juiciness. A bit more sweet malts well up to the surface toward the finish. This works well as the flaked oats provide a pleasing mouth feel and a light contribution to the flavor. I can, and will, drink a lot of this.

Tap. Pours hazy orange, medium off-white head, dissipates to nice residual and lacing. Aroma is melon, grapefruit, stonefruit, pine, hints of pot. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter. Medium body, pretty solid effort here.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings lots of lovely floral and piney dry hopping upfront, followed by dry biscuity malt. Flavour is wonderfully constructed, with lovely floral dry hopping and gentle biscuity malt. Now this is how you do a pale. Robust, without venturing into IPA territory. Excellent.
