On tap at beer junction west Seattle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is light roast some brine and a little malt. Taste is more of the nice oyster brine notes and a salty roast.

Tall stubby bottle poured and split at Hop and Hound. Thanks crew! A dark, copper brown pour, not quite black pour. Toasty malt aroma. Flavornisba slightly malt, buried by a sea salt. Everything else is hidden. Some chocolate notes. A truly unique and interesting stout. Not bad.

Medium brown. Has a good malt character showing a molassesy character, touch of saltiness...love the subtle influence if the bivalves in this one.

Bottle at Drayton Harbor Oyster Company, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out considerably oyster quality and medium roast. Flavour is along the same lines, with oyster brine upfront, followed by light roast. Gentle carbonation, with a briny finish. A well-made, but unexciting, oyster stout. Very nice.
