Cloudy blond color, small head. Mild farmhouse aroma, if not really funk. Lean, dry, but with a good body structure; no element is too strong, but there is some clean malt and some funky and spicy yeast, mild esters, some wood in the final, and mild tartness, so overall it’s a quite tasty beer, and definitively a balanced one too, with more character than the average.

Fruity, hazy, pale, nice hop character, mellow estery yeast. Really good, actually. nice balance, good Farmhouse character.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out an earthier saison yeast, with a little funk. Flavour is more funky, with quite a lot of the farmhouse yeast showcasing nicely. Dry and barnyardy. Good stuff.
