A twist on that most refreshing of beer styles, a light golden base, kettle soured and then flavoured with traditional coriander. Fermented with our house yeast and then dry hopped in conditioning with judicious quantities of Mosaic & Citra. A quenchingly citrus sour that’ll twist your tongue in knots. Malts = Aromatic, Extra Pale, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Golden Promise, Wheat. Hops = Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Sorachi Ace.

Draught@Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, some tartness and mild lemongrassy tones. Flavour is lemongrass, some slight tartness with mild acidity as well as some sour berryish tones.

Tap at the Clove Hitch. Nice. Initial big burst of sourness then goes to wheatiness. Aroma has light sweetness surprisingly. Bit of lemon. Nice.

Tap at Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Slightly hazy orange color, small white head. Tartish, fruity-citrus aroma. Light-bodied. Tartness, citric, fruity. Light and mellow. Refreshing.

Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Clear golden body with no head. Low carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of minerals and salted lemon. Flavour of sparkling water, gooseberries and bitter lemon. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. It’s not bad, but the finish is very abrupt and it’s not as zingy/fresh as I’d hoped.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Nose - plant stalks and some citrus. Hoppy. Taste - more of the same. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - solid.

Tap @ cafe derat, medium sample. Hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma is fruity, peach, apricot, hoppy, bit candy. Sweet and sour in taste, like zure matjes, citric acid, fruity. Very tasty.

Draft at RB Best Fest 16: Poured a copper with white head. Nose is sour grain with some light hops. Tart grain light lemon, very drinkable and tasty.
