Bit flat looking light amber. On the nose, brett. Tart and bretty, maybe a touch of barrel. Actually much more simplistic than I expected but a nice brett.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast and oak upfront. Flavour brings out nice brett character upfront, with some stone fruits and medium acidity throughout. Finishes on the brett, with medium acidity and some oakiness. Excellent.
