I honestly can’t tell if this is a random DJ Quik reference, or an allusion to making a pilsner way to quickly and hoping it doesn’t taste like ass. Golden, soft, light saazy, light earthy saaz. Ok pils but there’s no there there.

On tap at Flying Bike, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal malts and straw. Flavour is dry, with cereal malts, straw and some bitterness. Not very convincing. It's okay.
