Draft at the brewery. Amber, bright, very bright and zesty, with caramel notes. I like it.

On tap at Flying Bike, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grapefruit, followed by hop resins, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is very grapefruity, with lots of ascorbic, citrus. Very dry biscuity malt base. Ascorbic, astringent finish. Not overly pleasant.

Sampled from the tap at brewery. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of citrus peel with a light juiciness and a light grain. Flavor has bitter citrus with some earthy citrus and a light bread.

Draft half pint at Flying Bike. Reddish copper pour with a pillow of foam head. Aroma is big fresh grapefruit. Flavor is a much more modest grapefruit and mixed citrus, but leaves a solid lingering impression. Small sweetness throughout. Cool refreshing finish. I dont know why im so surprised, but I am. This is excellent stuff.
