Chewy bitter grapefruit character, has a caramel note, so basic old school pnw ipa.

On tap at Flying Bike, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, dry toasted biscuity malt and aggressive astringency. Flavour is quite fruity, with piney hops, light stone fruits and bready caramel malt to back. Finishes piney and lightly fruity. Very good.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has light grass and bread with a touch of pine. Flavor has more of a pine note with light grass and a hint of grains.
