Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6
Light brown with a touch of amber. Thin head. Has a nice toffeeish accent on the nose. Thin on the palate but I still like the toffee notes. Some astringent malts, too, which I don’t like.

On tap at Foamers Folly, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out subdued toasted caramel and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted caramel and bready malt. Light dark fruity character. Not deep or refined. Meh.
